Vice President of Technology
Jason Hansen was inspired by music and technology at an early age. Following these passions, he played marimba for the Memphis Sound Dum & Bugle Corps from 2007 to 2008, before receiving his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from The Ohio State University in 2012. Jason now works as the Vice President of Application Development at Visible Equity, a financial analytics software company.
Vice President of Communications
Haley Burks has been involved with Drum Corps International since 2005. Haley was a member of the Memphis Sound Drum & Bugle Corps from 2005-2007 in the trumpet and mellophone sections. After a short hiatus, she marched with the Bluecoats Drum & Bugle Corps on mellophone in 2010 and 2011. Haley spent her age-out season as the drum major for the Bluecoats in 2012. Since then, she has taught and judged many performing groups in the west and middle Tennessee areas. Currently, Haley lives in Nashville with her dog, Oliver.
Amber Fox began her marching career at the age of 14 when she auditioned for Memphis Sound Drum and Bugle Corps. She went on to be a member of the front ensemble at Memphis Sound in 2006 and 2007, Spirit of Atlanta in 2010, Blue Stars in 2011 and aged out in 2012 as the Blue Stars front ensemble section leader. She also was a member of Gateway Indoor in 2013. She gained her degree in Music Business and currently works at Vic Firth Company in Norwell, MA.
Sarah Anne Brewer
Vice President of Development
Sarah Anne McLaughlin Brewer began marching drum corps at the age of 16, as a member of The Magic Drum and Bugle Corps front ensemble. She went on to become a member of the front ensembles of Memphis Sound Drum and Bugle Corps, Blue Stars Drum and Bugle Corps, and the Boston Crusaders Drum and Bugle Corps. She also marched 3 years of WGI with Odyssey Percussion Theatre and Terminus Atlanta Percussion. While at Georgia Institute of Technology, she participated in the marching band as a member of the front ensemble and cymbal line, as well as the percussion ensemble. Sarah Anne currently works as a department head at the Chattanooga Public Library.
